		<description>Good advice.  I guess it&#039;s very easy to become so close to your project that you completely miss the obvious issues because your mind is somewhere much further down the line.

Part of the skills required is also to be open to critical feedback - often it can be tricky to stand back and accept the feedback if you can&#039;t see where they&#039;re coming from.</description>
