@John G it seems to me a fair assumption that the biggest barrier to conversion on most sites would be badly designed forms that are too laborious to fill in, request irrelevant data and so on. 

The graph can help persuade clients of the benefits of a usability study and UX centered redesign on their site.</description>

		<description>That is quite interesting... I wouldn&#039;t think redesigning the forms would make visitors return to your site, but I do know there is an awful amount of forms out there that are pretty disencouraging for anyone to fill.</description>
