		<description>Darn, I knew that would happen. I actually rewrote this several times to try and get the right effect across, and I still ended up sounding like I needed a hug. Well, I do, but that wasn&#039;t my point. Thanks though, Doug!

What I really wanted was for more of an appreciation to spread...lots of folks are doing great work out there, helping to smarten us all up, and not getting much credit. 

I&#039;ve been trying to share more of my &quot;Note&quot; type links lately, even if they only take me 20 seconds to make, just to kind of share with others the bloggers that I&#039;m reading currently. 

It&#039;s not often that I have an overt reason to link to them in one of my own posts, but I still feel like pointing to others...after all linking isn&#039;t the only gesture we have...

Ok. I&#039;m being too sappy now. I&#039;m done.</description>
