Its similar to actors being able to work with Direction to mature the character and make for a better performance.</description>

		<description>Another way to talk about this is breaking free from "idiot proofing" your design. Not only is that a bad thinking because it's not possible, but it also means that you think your users are idiots!

The alternative is to think of users as the source of innovation - the smart thing to do is to listen/watch when they push the boundaries of your product and then work to support the functions they need and want.</description>
