		<description>Josh, great job on the interview and these two articles.  Tons of great information that will directly effect how we consider handling our reputation system at VendorCity.  

We are in the process of launching an initial basic rating system for Vendors, but we have much work ahead of us as we flesh out the kind of behaviors we want to reward and the kind of interactions we want our members to have.  It truly can be the small things sometimes (like Yelp&#039;s &quot;first reviewer badge&quot;) that resonate with a community and make them feel a sense of ownership and belonging.
