		<description>great list! i've already ordered two of them (wealth of networks and infotopia) having read many of the others recommendations i'm pretty sure i'll enjoy those two. i would suggested 'designing the obvious' by robert hoekman jr, which i view as a sort of companion piece to don't make me think, but with a more concrete, implementation-centric angle. thanks a lot!</description>

		<description>I was hoping to see some academic suggestions...along the lines of Karl Weick's "Social Psychology of Organizing" or Gary Klein's "Sources of Power"...or maybe these are not quite "social" enough to be a good fit for this list.</description>
