		<description>I agree entirely with the three point checklist for competitive advantage, but I&#039;d add another.  Comprehensiveness.  The problem with Housingmaps is that it uses a single source and doesn&#039;t even come close to presenting the full range of housing acvailable in any one area.  I&#039;m in the UK and I find that housingmaps offers me around 100 properties in London.  In contrast the excellent &lt;a href=&quot;http://ononemap.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;UK property search engine OnOneMap&lt;/a&gt; has over a hundred &lt;em&gt;thousand&lt;/em&gt; properties in the same area!!</description>
