If it's a private university, there may not be much she can do. Then again, if it doesn't say anything about supporting underage drinking or the ilk in any contracts, she has legal ground. Personally, she should have set her Meatspace page to Private...but that probably wouldn't have helped with the pic. Either way, the university has no right to do what it did.
